How to get the free trial

2. Send the message. Tell us which device you use (Firestick, Smart TV, Android, iPhone, MAG or PC).
3. Receive your login. Support sends your Xtream Codes login details.
4. Install a player. Use IPTV Smarters or another player. See the setup tutorial or the Firestick guide.
5. Test for 24 hours. Use the checklist below.

What to test during the trial

• Peak hours: watch in the evening, when networks are busiest, and check for buffering
• Your channels: look for the channels and sports you really watch in the channel list
• Movies and series: open a few titles in the VOD section and check the picture and sound
• Your device: test on the TV or device you will use every day
• Zapping speed: switch between channels and note how fast they open
• Support: send one question on WhatsApp and see how fast you get an answer

Tips for a smooth trial
